On hearing of change of ownership of the Pheasant Hotel, the CAMRA Pub Heritage Group submitted an application for Listing to Historic England. So a good move by CAMRA, as this protects the structure of this old Georgian coaching inn.

Also good to hear that the bar, which is also on CAMRA's national inventory of historic pub interiors, has been left untouched by recent refurbishment works.
